What is the policy for not reporting to work or will be in late?
If for any reason you must be late or absent from your assignment, notify OpTech Staffing by leaving a message or a text to 210.731.0046 as soon as possible.
Also, you must call your Supervisor or Team Lead – refer to the information sheet given to you on your 1st day of orientation.
Are we paid weekly or bi-weekly?
Pay is weekly and Pay Day is Friday! Any hours you worked Monday thru Sunday are paid the following Friday.
Time sheets must be sent at the end of your work week and received no later than Monday at noon.

We are looking for a dedicated Residential Sales Representative in Missouri, specifically in Warrensburg and Sedalia, to deliver top-tier service to our client's communities, customers, and employees. This role focuses on forging strong relationships with a variety of prospects and driving sales by educating potential customers about the Client’s technology, products, and services.
Your responsibilities will include door-to-door marketing, distributing promotional materials to broaden the Client’s reach and enhance brand awareness. You will sell the Client’s services to residential customers within an assigned territory or neighborhood.
The Client will provide business cards, uniforms, door hangers, and a tablet. The role offers a base salary plus commission for the initial 120 days, with the potential for a permanent position upon achieving a monthly sales target of 21 sales.
