What is the policy for not reporting to work or will be in late?
If for any reason you must be late or absent from your assignment, notify OpTech Staffing by leaving a message or a text to 210.731.0046 as soon as possible.
Also, you must call your Supervisor or Team Lead – refer to the information sheet given to you on your 1st day of orientation.
Are we paid weekly or bi-weekly?
Pay is weekly and Pay Day is Friday! Any hours you worked Monday thru Sunday are paid the following Friday.
Time sheets must be sent at the end of your work week and received no later than Monday at noon.

In honor of Memorial Day, our office is closed on Monday 5/26. If you are looking for work, you're welcome to walk-in to our office once we get back on Tuesday 5-27 between the hours of 9am-3pm. You can find us at 4100 NW Loop 410 Ste. 108, San Antonio, TX 78229.
